We aren’t talking about some endless salad and bread sticks chain, but an honest to goodness Italian restaurant where you can get some hearty Rigatoni Bolognese, Manicotti (pronounced mahn-a-gaht by locals), or some Chicken Sorrentino with prosciutto (pronounced bra-zhoot by my family). More than just a pizza place (if that wasn’t obvious from the name) Olivia’s II Pizza & Pasta is the perfect mix of everything we love about living in Jersey.
